**This course is open to qualified Art Therapists from both the UK and Internationally**

Art Therapy–based group interventions will be described as one of the ways that can help staff members and teams gain a better understanding of these dynamics. The role and responsibility of a consultant will also be addressed. This course is intended to be an introduction to understanding team dynamics and work with organisations. It will be of interest to art therapists who may wish to gain a better understanding of their own organisations and/or who may want to undertake organisational consultancy training.
