Biographical notes January 2007
Malcolm Learmonth is Arts and Health Lead for BAAT, and chair of the BAAT arts and health Special Interest Group. His 'day job' is as Senior Art Psychotherapist with the Creative Therapies Team, Devon Partnership NHS Trust. He has provided training for the many organisations and works independently as a trainer, therapist and supervisor with Insider Art (www.insiderart.org.uk)
Malcolm has made regular contributions to national and international art therapy conferences, and has published widely. He's particularly interested in the Jungian background to art therapy, the relationship of art therapy practice to other fields and disciplines, and how art therapy practice is evolving in new contexts.
