Hertfordshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust wants to purchase and frame art by people with a lived experience of mental health or specialist learning disability services.

Hertfordshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust wants to display art in it’s newly refurbished buildings. They have a limited budget to purchase and frame art by people with a lived experience of mental health or specialist learning disability services.

Guidance for artists
1. We want paintings, drawings, mixed media, poetry, photography, prints
2. We welcome applications from children and young people
3. Artists need to have a lived experience of mental health or specialist
learning disability services
4. The art should be in keeping with one or more of HPFT’s key themes:
Hope, Resilience, Empowerment, Choice.
5. The art must be unframed. HPFT will frame it.
6. Our budget is limited: usually to under £100 per item, with many under
£50. HPFT will consider pieces over £100 within the budget available.
7. The art must be available for purchase
8. HPFT will decide which art to purchase and contact each artist.
